I respectfully appeal the suspension of my app Real-Time FPS Performance (com.realtime.fpsperformance). The app fully complies with Google Play policies and does not violate the Deceptive Behavior Policy.


- The description and screenshots accurately reflect the app’s real features (FPS meter, refresh rate monitor, CPU/GPU info).


- No misleading claims, deceptive marketing, or false functionality.


- The app does not mimic system messages, does not modify device settings, and does not perform hidden actions.


- It only provides transparent real-time performance monitoring with user consent.


I kindly request a re-evaluation of my app and confirmation that it complies with policy. I am also ready to make any adjustments if required.
